Valrhona Dark Chocolate Couverture Guanaja 70% uses Valrhona’s most recognised and treasured signature blend of origin chocolate. It’s made of a blend of two cocoa beans, Criollo and Trinitario. First developed in the 1980s as the world’s first 70% couverture chocolate. Dark Chocolate Couverture Guanaja 70% has a classic bitter astringency, leading to a warm, aromatic finish with a roasted note.

This 250g bag of Guanaja is perfect for home baking in smaller batches, for home chefs alike and professionals. The ideal application for this dark premium chocolate is in ice creams and sorbets. It can also be used for coating, moulding, bars, mousses, cremeux and ganaches.
